Anza Print Returns & Refunds Policy
At Anza Print, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The return is requested within Three (3) days of the delivery date.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for a return. These include:

Gift cards
-
Personalized Products that include names, or specific identities
2. The Return Process
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact us at hello@anzaprint.co.ke with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Securely package your item(s) and include the RMA number on the package.

Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in our email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@anzaprint.co.ke with photos of the product and packaging. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please email us at customerservice@anzaprint.co.ke
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@anzaprint.co.ke
