How does the 72-hour onboarding work?
Once you subscribe, we will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your onboarding session. After the session we set up your brand page and product listings, and everything goes live within 72 hours.
Do I need to hold any inventory?
No. Every order is produced on demand when a customer purchases. You never hold stock, manage logistics, or deal with unsold inventory.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. You can change your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
What does social media management include?
Available on Creator and Brand tiers. Our media partner handles content creation and posting across your brand social platforms. Frequency depends on your tier.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your brand page remains live until the end of your billing period, after which it is unpublished. Your brand assets and order history are retained for 90 days.
